Our Phased Approach to youth work
We have a 7 phase strategic method of planning and implementing youth programs and services. This approach allows for the gradual introduction and development of programs, ensuring that they are tailored to the needs of young people and are effective in achieving their intended outcomes.
The first 2 of our phased approach
1. Needs Assessment Phase
- Research & Data Collection: Understand the demographics, needs, and challenges faced by the youth in the target community.
- Surveys & Focus Groups: Engage young people directly to gather their insights, preferences, and feedback.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Involve parents, teachers, community leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to understand their perspectives.
2. Planning & Design Phase
- Set Clear Objectives: Define what we aim to achieve with the youth program.
- Program Design: Develop a program structure, including activities, sessions, and resources required.
- Resource Allocation: Determine the budget, staffing, and materials needed.
